Gregg Braden
Founder and programme director, Expert Mode Consulting
I founded Expert Mode Consulting in 2017. Before that I ran infrastructure and programmes inside a global technology company, for retailers and a rail operator, and in London local government.
Most of my work now starts with a call from a CFO or an investor whose programme has stopped moving. My job is to find out why, tell the board plainly, and get it moving again with the right people held to account. I bring in senior consultants from our team when the work needs more hands, and I stay on the executive relationship myself.
Outside work I have been a touring and recording drummer since 1997.
