Situation
A private-equity-backed care-home group in Ireland was growing, and its systems had to grow with it. Care management, HR, time and attendance, finance, data, network and Microsoft 365 all needed to change, under a regulator's eye.
What we did
We direct the programme across every workstream. That covers procurement and implementation of a regulator-compliant care-management system, HR and time and attendance consolidated on white-labelled UKG, finance moved to the cloud, a group data platform, and the network and Microsoft 365 rollout. We also reviewed the platform vendors' contract and commercial terms.
Result
The group has a single programme plan covering every system change, and vendor terms were reviewed before signature.
