Situation
A £29m digital transformation at a major UK public-sector organisation had stalled. Then the pandemic arrived and the rollout still had to happen.
What we did
We recovered the programme and led a blended team of 52 people from two tier-one system integrators and the organisation's own staff.
Result
ServiceNow went live for 50,000 users across more than 11,500 locations during the pandemic. The £29m is the value of the programme, not a saving.
