Situation
A private-equity-backed security services group had bought another security company. Its whole IT platform, estate and infrastructure had to move into the group's existing operating company.
What we did
We direct the integration and migration from a single plan of record. Discovery came first and mobilisation followed. Reporting runs on weekly status with plans on a page and a monthly steering committee.
Result
The group, the acquired business and the managed service provider work to the same plan and the same reporting cycle.

Engaged through the group's managed service provider. The founder as programme director, with a senior consultant as project delivery manager.
